If you'd like to buy a home in San Mateo, I would strongly recommend Dave Tapper. We were buying our first home, ignorant to many aspects of the process and not completely familiar with the area. We found Dave by chance and were pleased time and again. Dave was professional yet personable. We had a great experience through and through.

It was obvious Dave took great pride in his career and worked hard to develop his ever growing networks. He always seemed one step ahead and each step was seamless. He had great working relationships with other Realtors, mortgage brokers, title writers and handy men. Hi Tap, after completing our 6th transaction I thought it might be a good time to say "thanks".

You obviously didn't take negotiating 101 in school, you"Taught it". I can't believe what you have accomplished for me and my family.

When I bought my first home, you were able to get it for under market value. When we sold it a few years later, you were able to negotiate a sale for over the asking price. In the same market, you were able to get me into Burlingame and save me $35,000 plus get me a $10,000  credit for my closing costs.

Everyone else was buying way over asking price at the time. Unbelievable. When my friends asked how you do it, the only thing I could think of is that you are FEARLESS when the deal is on the line.

When I sold that home, you got me an additional $50k over the highest bidder. Anyone else would have told me to take the offer and be done.

And now, you repeated the process exactly. Buying under market value & getting me a credit for my closing costs. Then selling for a profit.
